First of all, I feel that someone should’ve reached out to me about bringing in my car for it’s 6 month inspection and oil change rather than me having to look up whether or not it was due and me making the appointment. Also, when the client gets to the service dept, it would be nice if someone came out to take the car from us, instead of having to go inside and wait to be helped. No one seemed to care the day I went, I stood around for a while before I had to ask to be helped even though there were several staff there. When my car was ready it was the same. I had to look for someone to help me out and return my car to me. No one went over what was done to my car, there should be a checklist to go over with me. I just assumed that everything was checked over. All in all really terrible customer service

El tiempo excesivo en diagnosticar y realizar las reparaciones es la razon por la cual les doy solamente dos estrellas, ademas agregaria que debe haber mas comunicacion por parte del area de servicio para informar al cliente de los avances en las reparaciones del vehiculo, en mi caso en particular fueron 16 dias los que tardaron, incluyendo logicamente tramites con la garantia extendida que tengo, pero aun asi es demasiado tiempo.

It took six hours to get the car back from an oil change. This had never happened before, the gentleman was very apologetic. In return they did not charge at all which I thought was nice of them , because they did not have to do that . I have always taken my vehicle there , and will continue to do it .
